Talking to stakeholders is important; however, it’s important for us to go deeper and find out what the participants attending the training are saying.

REVIEW DATA

We review what we learned from you, as the stakeholder, and your participants and develop the most appropriate solution that is specific to your organization.

EXECUTE

Customized A solution and implementation plan to meet your objectives within the time frame required. We work closely with you, other stakeholders, and leaders participating in the workshop to make sure the plan is a good fit with realistic objectives and outcomes.

REINFORCE

With us, your initial engagement won’t be the last. We know, from research done at the elearning industry, that 70% of what employees are learning in formal trainings is forgotten one day after the training is completed and that number increases to 90% forgotten within 30 days of training. That’s why we have a minimum of three reinforcement sessions to reinforce concepts, practice, and focus on behavior change to ensure skills are transferred on the job.

EVALUATE

We stay with you every step of the way while your solution is being implemented. We help guide implementation, tweak elements of the plan as we get feedback from participants, and assess the program’s progress while making adjustments to maximize impact.
